Basic requirement to be in SXSk:

• Should be fluent in English language - verbal and written expression.
• Preferred Residential Candidate who can stay inside the school campus.
• Academic post- Candidate must be a certified teacher ( ECC, TTC, Montessori, D.El.Ed, B.Edetc).
• Administrative Post- Candidate must be a certified/ trained for the post applied for.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in K-10 in a CBSE school.
• Energetic & enthusiastic fresher with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Willingness to grow & explore through various training and workshop.
• Sensitivity, understanding and acceptance of differences.
• Computer savvy, able & willing to learn new technologies.

• Residential teacher will be provided with FEE FOOD & ACCOMMODATION.
• Staff who will take admission for their child in SXSkwill get 50 % waiver for Monthly fees.
• Fee waiver for staff children will be given only if they are part time/ full time as per level definition.
• Visiting faculty and consultants are not eligible for this privilege.
• This privilege is meant for up to two children only.
• Staff given free transport if using the school transport to work. This privilege is for the stops and not to door step. Staff’s children will, however pay for the transport.
• After the Probation period, EPF will be enrolled.
